Herndon Dental Center’s regular office hours are:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 2 pm
If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to Dr. Hakim after our regular hours, please call our office at (703) 955-4222. A dentist is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
At Herndon Dental Center, we accept most major insurance plans, including MetLife, Aetna, Humana, Anthem, United Healthcare, Delta Dental, Dominion Dental, DentaQuest, Smiles for Children, CareFirst, OneNet, and more. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (703) 955-4222 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.
If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For services not covered by insurance, we offer competitive fees and Springstone Patient Financing. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, money order, Visa, and MasterCard.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 business hours’ notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
